We constantly review and refresh our product set to ensure that our offerings are innovative and able to provide practices with competitive advantage by achieving new goals and delivering ROI. We are based in Birmingham but available nationally.
We are not consultants. We're not arrogant enough to say that we know your business better than yourselves. However, we know from our own experience that IT departments are resource constrained sometimes and that, when this happens, some of the most important things are the first to suffer like user consultation, proper business analysis and process specification We are here to do that for you and we won’t cost you an arm and a leg. So, if you are short of resource for a project from specification, user consultation, through to detailed design, testing, roll-out and sign off, we have the skills to help.
We can provide solutions but we won’t hard sell and we will only offer a solution if you have the problem to go with it. On the other hand, if you have a problem, you can ask us to find a solution for you and we’ll do that on a non-commission basis as your agents.
